WEIGHT:
Is there a weight restriction?
The YSWS service does not have any weight restrictions. It is
though recommended that you enquire with our YSWS help desk for any consignments
exceeding the weight indicated on our website providing also the dimensions. Kindly forward your enquiry to info@youshopweship.eu.
RESTRICTED ITEMS:
Parcels that are subject to
particular carriage conditions shall only be shipped once the recipient provides
an official & proper description of the goods and that this is satisfactory to
The YSWS service provider; its send on locations; agents; carriers & all other
third parties involved in the transaction for the transportation of such goods.
WHAT IF I SEND GOODS WITHOUT MAKING A BOOKING?
In the absence that an on-line booking form is duly filled up; received and
acknowledged accordingly we cannot be held liable for any delays or
misplacements of consignments at our overseas send on locations.
DELIVERY ADDRESS:
The appropriate delivery address must be provided at the time of booking.
A left message note is posted in the event that the recipient is unavailable
at time of delivery. The YSWS help desk can then be contacted for self-pick-up.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES:
As long as the items purchased
are sourced and originating from EU countries no import duties and taxes apply
on arrival in Malta.
INSURANCE:
Items are neither insured by The YSWS service provider; send on
locations; carriers or any other third parties involved in the delivery &
transportation of goods.
